Itinerary Insights

Angkor Wat Temple is said to replicate the spatial universe in miniature. The central tower is a mountain, with its surrounding smaller peaks, bounded in turn by continents (the lower courtyards) and the oceans (the moat). The seven-headed naga (mythical serpent) becomes a symbolic rainbow bridge for humankind to reach the abode of the gods.

In contrast Siem Reap could be described as a more upbeat hot spot of entertainment, dining and shopping - Siem Reap has reinvented itself as the epicentre of chic Cambodia, with everything from backpacker party pads to hip hotels, world-class wining and dining across a range of cuisines, sumptuous spas, great shopping, local tours to suit both foodies and adventurers, and a growing creative cultural scene. 

Protecting the Temples. 
Angkor Temples has had major change of areas within its grounds that visitors may visit and areas that are now off limits.  This focus was created to help preserve this unique structure.  Siem Reap Township roads, pathways, electrical and water systems have been upgraded and installed throughout the town and extending into some temple areas. The addition of wide pathways and huge river system widening and dredging allows Siem Reap to be cleaner and easier to negotiate for all visitors and locals alike.

Our Accommodation 
Our 4 STAR Boutique Urban Riverside Resort overlooks the Siem Reap river. It is easy walking distance to the township center, dining,  shopping and entertainment.

Weather in Siem Reap 
The weather in October - December in Siem Reap and is mostly mild sunny days, cooler nights, 18 - 29°C very little rain and lower humidity. It is the end of the wet season brings bright blue skies and fluffy white clouds - just beautiful. A great time to visit this region.

  • Some accommodation and tours may require prepayment. Prepayments are not refundable where it is a condition of a booking. Any prepayments will be advised in advance and show as an item in your invoice/statement. 

  • All rates are AUD$ and may be subject to change. Rates include accommodation, some meals, tax, tour costs as listed in our itinerary. Airfares, art materials, insurances are not included in our rates.

Cambodia​ Visa
Tourists are welcome to Cambodia. There are also some important COVID-19 precautions that tourists still have to take into account.
